Process
Seven stages, each with clear deliverables. You see working software every two weeks and always know what happens next.
01
Week 1We learn the business before we talk about software.
Conversations with the people who will use and pay for the product. We map goals, constraints, existing systems and what success looks like.
02
Week 1 – 2Scope, architecture and a plan you can hold us to.
We turn discovery into a prioritised roadmap, a technical architecture and a fixed view of cost and timeline for the first release.
03
Week 2 – 4Design that is tested on real flows, not just pretty screens.
Wireframes, then a clickable prototype and a design system. You see and use the product before a line of production code is written.
04
SprintsWorking software every sprint, in an environment you can open.
Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each. Code is reviewed, typed and deployed continuously to a staging environment you have access to.
05
ContinuousQuality is built in from the first commit, not bolted on.
Automated tests run on every change. Before release we add manual QA, performance and security checks across devices and browsers.
06
Release weekA calm release with a rollback plan and someone watching.
We handle infrastructure, data migration, store submissions and monitoring, and stay close during the first days in production.
07
OngoingWe stay after launch, because that's when the product starts.
Maintenance, monitoring and a steady stream of improvements based on how people actually use the product.
